1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services, information products, or goods offered by Mereno ("we" or "us") on merenly.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

2. Services

We provide autonomous robotic vacuuming system services, including installation, routine maintenance, and technical support. Service appointments are arranged by mutual agreement.

3. Information Products

We offer digital manuals, guides, and learning modules related to autonomous robotic vacuuming systems. These products are delivered by download or streaming.

4. Goods

Our goods include hardware components and accessory devices for autonomous robotic vacuuming systems, shipped to your specified address.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Scheduled maintenance and technical support services may be transferred to another available date with at least 48 hours’ notice. Once a technician has performed the service, no refund is available due to the specialized workforce allocation. This policy ensures consistent quality and availability for all customers.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content. To submit a refund request, contact us via the Contact Form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment channel within 10 business days of approval. After access begins, all sales are final and no refund will be granted, as content delivery is immediate and irreversible.

5.3 Goods

Unused goods in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a goods return, complete the process through our Contact Form. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment channel within 10 business days. If the item is defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

6. Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, information product, or good without prior notice. You may cancel orders for services or goods before they are fulfilled. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Contact Form.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mereno is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our offerings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva.
